Our French site impresses by its size and by its influence that goes far beyond the Saint-Omer region. Whether it’s colorful tumblers, slender flutes or refined stemware, our hostesses are waiting for you to discover a world as magical as it is surprising.
Discover the new immersive visit platform designed to give you a 360° remote view of our French production site.
After a brief introduction, our guides will show you a video sequence tracing the history of the Group. They will also explain the different manufacturing processes used depending on the shape of the article to be produced.
You will then take a guided tour of the plant in complete safety on our tourist footbridge. Throughout the tour, you will follow the production line, from the drop of glass, calibrated to the nearest gram, to the packaging of the finished product.

Visits are possible from Tuesday to Saturday between 10am and 5pm. Closed on Sundays and holidays.

The departure of the visits is made within our store Arc Outlet, 132 avenue of the General of Gaulle in ARQUES. Please arrive 15 minutes before departure.
